Well, 2019 has begun. Happy New Year to all.
Did one of those 2019 prediction thingy's and even though they are just for fun, I had to chuckle at what it said and kept a copy to share here as I thought of all you who do bother to stop in from time to time. I am sure you will agree that it is amusing due to my on-going plight.
Have not been actively writing last year as much as I wanted to. Health issues and other matters got in the way. Still here, just head down and bottoms up, busily getting on with the job at hand. Good news is I now have another to help me and should have the entire first sort/purge/cull finished some time this year.
I have two drafts sitting, waiting to be published. Never got around to it due to time constraints and bad health. Had to prioritise my activity and work and decluttering and medical came up trumps each and every time.
Will fill in the gaps as I can.
All I can say is, those of you out there who have found themselves knee deep in stuff, do not despair, as it does come to an end eventually.
If you are the type that cannot stand it and have to get it done quickly and have the means to do it, then, fantastic, I say. However, that generally takes a heck of a lot of money to do just that. I did not have such luxury and had to go about it the long way due to lack of funds. Then all those in-between. But, and I mean a huge but, I am proof that, with persistence, it does get done.
No matter how long it takes, keep going. Don't listen to the nay-sayer's or the critics. Just plough on. In the end the only person that matters is you. And I can safely say even though it has taken a long time I am very pleased that I did not give up.
With the help I am now receiving, it means this person is with me till it is done. I also have help with the garden that ran away with me a few years ago. All this assistance is what will get me to that finishing line sooner and that is a massive relief. Cannot wait.
I am now at the stage where many would be just starting to declutter, after all, I did have 2 to 3 house loads (due to being lumped with it all after my grandparents and parents passed away) to sort through.
A massive hint to those reading this. Get it done while your health is good as if you wait, circumstances are usually not what you expect with many unknown roadblocks ahead.
In other words, "DO IT NOW". "DON'T WAIT". You will thank yourself for having done so.
Will do a few before and afters eventually.
Wont go on for now, as time is not on my side.
I look forward to revealing more.
Anita who is succeeding against all odds...
and mine is.
